Hummm. Que Delicia

"Renata Rito, who has a degree in Food Engineering, started making decorated cakes as a joke, but feeling the texture of the dough, the aroma of the cake as it baked, the flavours and textures made her fall in love with this sweet world, and so the "Hummm Que Delicia" project was born in 2010, initially just with decorated cakes. Her taste for innovation, experimenting with new recipes and ingredients led her to create a line of homemade chocolate, chocolate with pink pepper, cinnamon and ginger biscuits. Hummm Que Delicia represents delicacy, quality and differentiation in all its products."
