Brejo da Gaia

Brejo da Gaia - Queijaria Artesanal Gourmet was founded in the parish of Tramagal in November 2012. A cheese dairy created within a dairy goat farm, in which two young zootechnical brothers decided to invest their knowledge and taste for the activity in 2002. With personalised and individual cheese production, they maintain the natural and artisanal pleasure of both fresh and matured cheeses.
