Brief presentation:
High fermentation beer (ALE), with long maturation, inspired by Belgian recipes – Strong Dark Belgian Ale style. Brown / coppery, with creamy beige foam, aromas of malt (sweet) and subtly of spices, warm, alcoholic, full-bodied, powerful beer. It goes very well with meat and game dishes, a complex recipe, but very pleasant to drink. It should be served between 4 and 6ºC.
